My setvnow just went off and all attempts to get in contact with the company proved futile. They refused to answer my calls and respond to my emails.
Its over two months now yet nothing has been heard from the company.
I tried following the internet directions to reinstall the setvnow app, its telling me at the end that there is an error and that am not logged in, or my subscription is expired. They then asked me to call them meanwhile when you call, the number gives you their new number which eventually tells you the number does not exist
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $180.
Preferred solution: Reinstall my setvnow or full refund.

Poor customer service, How they will not talk with anyone or return any replies, That they have not responed back to any of our emails or calls, Will not respond to email or calls.
